MYSTERY
Haven't taken the break yet, but the process of booking it has been chequered.Although the agent was polite and helpful, I have had to fight for a decent deal.
Was offered Poland, but not from my chosen airport, so no good.
Then was offered Dublin from chosen airport, acceptable.
Hotel was advertised as city centre, it was about 9 km the other side of the city, not acceptable.
Flights were and still are, ridiculous. Don't get into Dublin until 10.15 pm ....that's the first night. I get the day and second night and then have to leave the hotel at 5.00am to catch the plane back, not very good.
After many emails, I've been offered an hotel in the actual city centre which is much better.
I do realise that these are low budget deals, however, it would be better to make the break, if it involves flights, to be actually worth packing for! I'm going to an English speaking country........I dread to think how it would have been if we'd landed in Poland late at night, had to take a train, then a tram to our hotel at that time of night and had to struggle with any language barriers.
I will use Groupon again, indeed, your local deals/ breaks are very good, but I will not use this weekender mystery break again. Thank you for letting me give feedback.

Initially once told what my draw holiday was i wasn't keen so asked for another destination wasn't too keen on that one either. Enquired after one i would like unfortunately that was not available. We agreed for me to think it over and Gautum the customer sales person would call me back Sunday afternoon. Early Sunday morning i received a voicemail from a very excited Gautum who said he was pleased for me and that someone had swapped their destination which was the one i wanted. I was so pleased. Mind you i had to pay an additional supplement for the flights but i didnt mind bcos it might i would basically have 2 full days and late afternoon in Barcelona in a 4* hotel 🤗 so big thanks to Gautum who made it all possible👍27-Jan-2019
MYSTERY
We were extremely happy with our mystery break and felt that the agent, David, was very professional and patient allowing us to think about options to take wherever possible, given that it had to be decided at that very time. We would have like to have choices about the train sector and would have been happy to pay for a different time rather than being allocated a time and a specific train. We are yet to have our holiday.26-Jan-2019
XMAS MARKET MYSTERY
Customer service was fine and we very much enjoyed the short trip to Rome. It was good value for money although we had to pay extra to change our flights to later ones so we got a reasonable amount of time in the city. The hotel was fine and only a couple of metro stops from the centre but a 15 min walk to the metro station.04-Jan-2019
